Zero level account exists in chart of accounts
This test examines each account to be sure it has a parent account. This test will return a list of all accounts without a parent.

Parent account does not exist in chart of accounts
This test searches for accounts referencing a parent account that does not exist. This test will return a list of offending accounts.

Account is setup as a summary but has postings against it
This test searches for summary accounts that contain one or more postings. This test will return a list of offending accounts.
Availability: Included in Package 200902 and newer

Account balance is not the same as the sum of all posted batches
This test compares the account balance summary amount to the total of all batch amounts. This test will return a list of Accounts and a total for each of these values where there is a discrepency.
Availability: Included in Package 201201 and newer

Journal batch total amounts not the same as sum of journals
This test compares the Journal Batch debit and credit amounts with the sum of the Journals debits and credits. This test will return a list of Journal Batches and a total for each of these values where there is a discrepency.
