Electronic Delivery

We will email a compressed zip file to the email address that you supply with your order. Please confirm receipt since emails with attachments are often blocked by corporate servers.

Upon request, or if we are notified that the email bounced, we will provide a one-time login to our FTP site for downloading your purchase.

Shipment Tracking

Upon request, we will supply you with the tracking number for your package shortly after shipment.  You will be able to track the shipment to the extent the carrier provides information.  Our ability to track the progress of a shipment through customs varies widely from country to country.

For FedEx go to www.FedEx.com and click on Track.

For USPS go to www.USPS.com and click on Track & Confirm.

International Shipping

We are not able to influence local delivery practices.  The transport times shown for international shipping indicate the amount of time it will take for your order to reach your recipient's port of entry.  The time it takes to get your order from the port of entry to your address can vary widely from country to country.  Delivery may be delayed by customs/import duties and local requirements.

Shipping and handling charges include transportation of goods only, and are not an estimate of import fees.  Customs and import duties are applied once the shipment reaches its destination.  These charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and will vary from country to country.  Contact your local customs office for details.

Our shopping cart will calculate basic international shipping rates.  All international shipments will be examined by hand to determine the most cost effective carrier.  We will advise you of any revised shipping charges.

Estimated delivery date includes normal wait times for clearance through customs. Significant delays through customs can occur at times, and are beyond our control.

For the fastest delivery time, our best experience has been with FedEx, which includes priority handling through customs, and excellent tracking information.  The cost, however, is usually over twice that of USPS Global Express.  If you wish to use this service, please indicate so in the special instructions/comments section at check-out.

International Documentation

All international shipments will be accompanied by a uniform bill of lading, and our proforma (or commercial) invoice.  Customs declared value will be the price paid, net of all discounts and shipping fees.

Country of origin and country of manufacture for all products is USA, which is printed on all products and shipping documents.  We will provide a certificate of origin upon prior request.

We will supply a NAFTA country of origin certification for shipments to Canada or Mexico, upon prior request.  We can make no representations or guarantees for reduced custom duties.

We may require an additional day prior to shipment for countries requiring additional export documents beyond a uniform bill of lading and commercial invoice.  In certain cases we may need your assistance in gaining authorization to import from government authorities.

Damaged Shipments

If you receive a damaged shipment, please refuse the package upon original delivery attempt. If damaged shipments are accepted from the carrier, such damage should be noted on the carrier delivery record.  Please save the product and the original box and packaging and notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged products. Please notify us within the first 10 days of receipt.  Timely receipt of this information is necessary to file a damage claim with the carrier.  We will ship a replacement product immediately.
